Main Course

  • Pretzel Crusted Salmon Sustainable salmon, whole grain mustard beurre blanc, roasted redskins, green beans
  • Grilled Bistro Steak 6 oz. filet of beef, sweet potato hash, wilted spinach, natural jus, frizzled onions
  • Blackberry Scallops Seared diver scallops, blackberry ketchup, young cress salad, crispy potatoes, grape tomatoes
  • Bistro Pasta Linguine, crushed tomatoes, kalamata olives, parsley, olive oil, lemon, olive oil, pecorino romano
